   Short Notice Inviting Quotation

          Sealed Quotation in Plain Paper are invited from local Suppliers/ Authorised Dealers for supply of following Computer/ Xerox Machine accessories and stationeries for the office of the undersigned and will be received on or before 4 p.m. on 31^st May, 2006 and same will be opened on same day of 31^st May, 2006 at 4.30 p.m. in presence of the tenderers or their authorized persons.

 Name of Accessories

       (1)  Modi Xerox Machine Drum Cartridge.
       (2)  Toner for Xerox Machine.
       (3)  Lesser Printer Toner for Computer (HP 1010).
       (4)  CD for Computer (Samsung)
       (5)  Thumb Drive for Computer (LG/ Samsung)

 The rates should be quoted including tax if any. The valid income tax clearance certificate must be submitted along with quotation.
