Short Notice Inviting Quotation

Quotations in Plain paper are invited from local genuine and reputed Printers / Press of following Booklets / Envelopes of Assam SFAC and will be received up to 3 p.m. of 12^th  April, 2005 and the same will be opened on the same day in presence of quotationer or  their authorized persons. The details specification etc. of the Booklets may however be seen / colleted from the office of the undersigned during office hours.

1. Booklet in Assamese, English & Bengali (12,000 + 1,000 + 1,000)

2. Envelop, size 14” x 11” with lamination of inside envelop.

3. Envelop, white 11” x 5” (as per specification of Assam SFAC)

The Term & Conditions:

1)      The detailed rates with break up should be quoted excluding & including 
         of tax if any.

2)      Valid income tax certification must be enclosed along with quotation.

3)      Sample of paper should be furnished along with quotation.

4)      Final printing will have to be made after proof approval by the 
         undersigned.

5)      Cover page of Booklets should be tri colour and laminated.

6)      Rate should be quoted per booklet / envelop.

7)      Delivery in the office of undersigned.

8)      Quotation should be supported by their best printing material ever 

         undertaken.

Undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without any reasons thereof.
